Automation & Integration
We connect the tools your teams already use, such as your CRM, billing system, ERP or spreadsheets, so information moves between them without anyone retyping it. Depending on the job, that means a tool like Zapier, Make or n8n, or a custom integration. Either way, every flow is monitored: when a step fails, someone is alerted and the operation can be rerun.
You need this if…
- Your team retypes the same information from one tool into another every week, then fixes the mistakes.
- A Zapier or Make automation has stopped before, and nobody noticed for days.
- Your CRM and your billing system disagree about the same customer.
- You receive invoices or purchase orders as PDFs, and someone types them in by hand.
The problem
Teams spend hours transferring information manually between disconnected tools. The process is often understood, but its repeated execution still takes time and creates errors.
Who it's for
Operations and engineering teams handling repetitive tasks prone to manual errors and suitable for automation.
What you get
Integrations and automations that replace manual steps, with monitoring to detect failures and confirm they keep running.
What we deliver
Data flow map
A diagram of the tools involved, the data that moves between them, and which system owns each field. It helps decide what to automate first and how to avoid duplicates.
Production integrations
The automations themselves, built on a no-code platform or written in code as the case requires, with automatic retries on errors and safeguards so the same event isn't processed twice.
Monitoring and alerts
A dashboard of successful and failed runs, with the cause of each error and an alert sent to the right person. Failed items are kept so they can be replayed.
Operations runbook
A written description of each flow, what triggers it and what to do when it breaks. Your team can change the flows later without depending on us.
How we work
Watch the work
We go through the task with the people who do it today, exceptions included. The real business rules usually hide in the edge cases.
Pick the tool
A no-code tool is often enough. We move to code when volume or data sensitivity justifies it, and we explain why before building anything.
Design for failure
Every flow is built to fail cleanly. A call that fails gets retried later, and an event received twice is only processed once.
Monitor, then hand over
After launch, we watch real runs, tune alerts so they stay meaningful, then hand everything over to your team along with the documentation.
Frequently asked questions
Is Zapier or Make enough, or do we need a custom integration?
For many simple flows between common SaaS tools, a no-code platform is enough and cheaper to set up. Custom work makes sense when volume makes per-task pricing expensive, when data must stay on your own infrastructure, or when the logic gets too complex to stay readable in a visual editor. Self-hosted n8n often sits in between.
What happens when one of the tools changes its API or goes down?
It happens, which is why monitoring is part of the job. Short outages are usually absorbed by retries. An API or format change triggers a visible error and an alert, and the blocked items are kept. Once the flow is fixed, we replay them without anyone retyping data.
Can AI pull the data out of our documents automatically?
Often, yes, for documents like invoices or purchase orders, even when their layout varies. How reliable it is depends on the quality and variety of your documents. So we add automatic checks and a human review step for unclear cases or sensitive amounts, at least at the start.
